Then, in order: 3D visualisation, sign-off, production drawing, production, QC, packing, freight and installation.
Packing is the step most firms underrate. A letter corner crushed in transit cannot be repaired on site, so we ship with corner protection and surface film.
Customs paperwork is planned at quotation stage, not improvised during shipping.
On installation day one person owns the process — the number the operator calls stays the same from start to finish.
